Are Our Relocatable Homes Secure?

Absolutely! Our relocatable homes are built and stumped by qualified tradesmen, using trusted materials from our established suppliers, new build homes are built at our main depot in Caboolture Qld.

 

All of our homes are made according to the Australian building code standards and, are covered under QBCC Insurance.

 

What About Transit and Site Insurance?

Transit insurance is supplied as part of the home delivery until it is stumped on-site.

 

You will need to arrange for your own insurance from the day your building arrives on site. Discuss with your provider their policies, so they can help you determine the insurance that is right for you.

Yes. Our display home is located at 97 Old Toorbul Point Road, Caboolture.

What is the typical time frame for a house once the construction starts?

Once the construction of a house starts, it takes approximately 12 weeks to complete, depending on the size and design of the unit.

Can I customize a granny flat according to my specific needs?

Yes, this is possible. We allow slight modifications in our designs so that it is tailored according to your needs.

Can I make a choice of colours and finishes?

Yes, you can choose colours, finishes, and fixtures from our standard range. Moreover, we can also accommodate others at an adjusted cost.

What are your terms of payment?

Each client has different circumstances, which is why we allow various terms of payments structured to suit each client.

Can I use a home design of my own? Or do I have to select from your list of available designs?

We offer a wide range of designs when it comes to homes, granny flats, and home offices. With us, you don’t have to bring a design of your own as we offer multiple options for every need. Moreover, we also allow modifications in our designs so that you can have a house that suits your needs.

Can I modify a design?

Yes, all our plans are highly flexible and can be altered. All changes are included unless they require any additional materials.

What is a Granny Flat?

A Granny Flat is a secondary dwelling (an extension) on an existing property. It usually serves the purpose of extra living space, a retreat, senior accommodation, or even a home office.

Do you deliver everything at the same time?

We work the delivery schedule with you. We make sure to structure the deliveries according to your convenience.

Are you licensed?

Yes! Wright Choice Homes is completely licensed and certified to operate in Australia. We can be your building partner for the manufacture, delivery, and installation of your new building. 

 Who deals with the Council?

We can apply on your behalf as we want the construction process to be the least stressful for you. 

What is included in the price?

The price includes the construction of your home, transportation (within 100km) and lowest stumping.

 Are water and power connected?

All of our homes are installed and ready for connection to power and water by your Plumber and Electrician.

Do you have a display home?

Yes. You can visit us any time to find the house that suits your needs in our display homes collection.

What are the benefits of modular homes as compared to conventional homes?

Modular homes are generally structurally stronger, more energy efficient, faster to build, and less expensive.

Do we have to have land before booking Wright Choice for construction?

It is recommended to have land already or to have a piece of land under the agreement. This helps us do a more accurate design/price consultation.
