Step 1 - The Preliminaries

Step 3 - The Construction and Delivery
Call our office or visit our display site to discuss your specific needs and choose the best option that suits your needs. You can do this by taking a look at our designs and choosing the right design for you. Our collection includes a variety of designs so that you can pick according to your lifestyle, including two to five-bedroom homes and more. We have dedicated specialists waiting to meet you personally to help you get familiar with our processes and designs.
After the initial visit, you can book a consultation with our design experts to talk about your project requirements and goals. We urge you to be as detailed as possible when telling us about your requirements and your dream wish list so that we can deliver as precisely as possible.

We make sure that this consult is productive and well worth your time. We help you define your needs, fit-out specification and anything else if needed. During this session, we finalize all the details, including the design, the colour schemes, the fixtures, the accessories, your location and your budget.
Once all the designing and planning details are finalized and the full building approval is achieved, we will commence construction and introduce you to our Architect, Engineer, and Certifier to help you organize your site-specific approvals and service connections. We make sure to use the highest-quality materials in every step of construction. With us, you don’t have to worry about anything when it comes to construction.

Once the construction is completed, your home is delivered to the project site. The QHR crew will deliver your home to its new site and stump as per Approved Building Plans. Most of our modular homes are installed right away onto the foundations that have already been prepared, while in other cases, more onsite work may be required to lift/join. Once we have completed our work, you are now ready to engage a plumber and electrician to finalize connections.
Step 4 - Final Inspection
Final Building Inspection is passed. Your new home is complete, ready to fill with loads of love and great memories.
